My comments on planning applications

Planning applications are one of the most common issues raised with district councillors.

I aim to submit comments on major applications in the ward and sometimes on other applications when problems have been brought to my attention.

I am keen to hear local views on applications and may submit comments to represent local concerns where I agree these are valid. I will also submit comments on behalf of a ward resident where they are unable to submit comments themselves.

•  Gladman – predatory developer targets Wivey
•  Gladman appeal for housing off North Street (withdrawn – updated 7/11/2018)
OUTCOME: application refused and Gladman withdrew appeal
